In order to spread the message that the UK government is – first and foremost – a service provider, I established the first Government ‘Services Week’.
Services Week is enabled UK wide civil servants to understand how their role contributes to the experience a user has of government and featured a week of over 100 talks, events, lectures, team show and tell’s and free training provided by over 20 central government bodies.
