Designing GDS as a service

Since it’s inception, GDS has been a service provider to government. However, with the growth of the number of products and services being offered, teams across government often found it difficult to locate and access the products and services they needed.

In 2016 I initiated a piece of work to redesign GDS’s ‘offer’ to departments as a series of services and built the Service toolkit in order to provide a single destination for digital transformation services.
